Diploma in Advanced Computing (PG-DAC)
Engineering Graduate in any discipline or equivalent (eg. BE/B.Tech/4 years B. Sc Engg./ AMIE/ AIETE / DoEACC B level etc). Post Graduate in Engineering Sciences (eg. MCA / M.Sc. Engineering, M.Sc. Computer Science, IT, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics, Instrumentation etc), Post Graduates in Math or allied areas (eg. Statistics, Applied Math), PG in Physics or Computational Sciences / Post Graduates in Computing or Management are also eligible provided they hold graduation degree in Sciences. The candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying examination.

Preparatory Course for Diploma in Advanced Computing (PreDAC)
The Pre-DAC course has been initiated to facilitate the students to enter the world of computing through the knowledge in Computer Fundamentals and Fundamentals Of Programming using ‘C’ language. It also includes Data Structures and OOPs Concepts. This enables the students to give the all India common entrance test for Diploma in Advanced Computing conducted by C-DAC, ACTS. YCP’s AIT has trained many DAC and non-DAC eligible students under this program. The course duration is approximately two months. Fast Track batches are available for those who missed the chance for complete PreDAC.
